As an Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various aspects of client engagements and project functions. Your responsibilities will involve ticket management, procedural review, project support, schedule maintenance, team coordination, and adapting to an agile work environment with agility in shifting responsibilities as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management:
- Initiating and managing tickets for new resources, partner resources, and other requests.
- Managing workflow and progression of consulting ticket queues
- Procedural Review and Documentation:
- Aiding in the assessment and validation of procedures and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with defined procedures while reviewing tickets.
- Project Support:
- Support and assistance in project management function, including kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, reviews, and after-action assessments to ensure current and future project success.
- Assisting and maintaining schedules, ensuring alignment with engagement milestones.
- Team Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinating team efforts, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure efficient engagement execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years in client service industry or large organization
- Adapting quickly in an agile work environment, being flexible in assuming new responsibilities at short notice.
- Fanatical Team-first and customer focused attitude
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exhibiting strong problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years project management administration/coordination (or administrative function)
- Project Management certifications
- Agile/ITIL certifications
- Experience in IT service industry
