Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Identity and Security Specialist to collaborate with our client in the Federal government, in their effort to enhance their authentication and identity management capabilities. The Specialist will work closely with client stakeholders, following an Agile methodology, to transition and support identity governance for applications to utilize both Entra ID and Saviynt. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance, implement best practices, and offer support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:
Transition and support applications that use both Entra AD and Saviynt:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to review application configurations for authentication analysis.
- Analyze and advise on application authentication code refactoring strategies for integration with Entra ID Authentication.
- Develop migration plans for authentication methods across various platforms (e.g., IIS, SQL).
- Support a full Saviynt governance implementation for Joiner Mover Leaver use cases.
- Be able to troubleshoot Saviynt platform for failed syncs and workflow anomalies.
- Provide application configuration recommendations to enable direct authentication with Entra ID.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and guidance for the implemented solutions.
- Monitor and report system resources to ensure optimal performance.
- Offer reactive and proactive support as requested by the client.
- Assist in knowledge transfer to client Subject Matter Specialists (SMSs).
Support Azure AKS Environment, Infrastructure, and Deployment:
- Ability to assess the requirement, environment and suggest right tools / technologies.
- Experience running an enterprise grade microservices applications within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services.
- Write application deployment automation using industry standard deployment and configuration tools.
- Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments.
- Provide systems support including responding to monitoring alerts.
- Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.
- Work with developers to identify necessary Azure resources and automate their provisioning.
- Document automation processes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements.
- Hands-on experience in continuous delivery and continuous integration of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
- Strong hands-on expertise in diverse DevSecOps concepts / tools, especially on Azure DevOps, Pipelines, GitHub, GitHub actions.
- Knowledge on different monitoring and logging solutions available on Cloud, preferably on Azure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong experience working with Entra ID, Azure premium features, and related technologies.
- Strong experience working with Saviynt as both an implementer and support specialist.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and capacity-based project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure certifications) are a plus.
