- The Head of Solution Development plays a pivotal role in driving the technological evolution and integration of solutions within the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the role will manage a multifaceted team responsible for Solution Architecture, Software & Data Engineering, and Web & Mobile Development. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in these domains, strong leadership qualities, and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the solution development and integration team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solution architectures that align with business objectives and technological standards.
- Data Engineering: Drive the development of robust data engineering solutions, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing, to support business analytics and insights.
- Software Engineering: Oversee the development and integration of software solutions including integration with our partners and their technology platforms.
- Web & Mobile Development: Direct the development of web and mobile applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces, optimal performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Platform Development: Lead the development team in enhancing core platforms, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- DevSecOps: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of DevSecOps practices, ensuring the seamless integration of security into the development lifecycle.
- Release Management: Develop and execute robust release management strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions to customers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Team Development: Foster the professional growth and development of team members through mentorship, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution development and integration, proactively addressing security vulnerabilities, compliance requirements, and other potential threats.
