Roles And Responsibilities
High level of technical expertise and knowledge in cloud-based systems.Ability to effectively manage and administer a variety of cloud applications.
Strong understanding of integration requirements required to integrate systems with SQL or other database type systems with cloud applications.
Ability to apply best administrator security practices for all applications, assign user access roles and privileges, and plan, test, and administer Google Workspace, BetterCloud,Docusign, Docusign Laserfiche, Virtru, Rave Guardian, Apricot, and other applicable cloud platforms.
Ability to develop and maintain Google and other cloud application accounts. Ability to develop training documents and videos for end-users to effectively use all tools available with the organization's cloud applications.
Ability to oversee and conduct training, write curriculum, conduct research on the best use
ability to use the Google Workspace console to apply security rights and permissions, perform administrative tasks related to Google Workspace apps and other cloud applications, and ensure all cloud technologies are available to the Authority’s user community.
Experience with Ring Central UCaaS (Unified Collaboration as a Service) and CCaaS (Call
Center as a Service) administrative portal.
Ability to run reports of user license usage of all cloud applications.Ability to use various Administrative portals to run data analytics and reports to assist management in making data driven and more informed decisions.
Ability To Manage And Oversee Cloud And Windows Systems Patch Management.The Contractor Should Have The Ability To Assist The Innovative Technolgoy Department To Incorporate AI Into The Business By Acting As a Technical Expert In The Following Key Areas Of AI Implementation
Focus on Generative AI: Google Gemini, Laserfiche AI, ChatGPT, ScribeHow.ai, LLM (Large Language Model) data integration and LLM build out.
Understanding the business problem: Identifying areas where AI can add value and aligning AI solutions with business goals.
The Cloud Administrator is also responsible for developing and maintaining Google and other cloud application accounts, developing training documents and videos for end-users, and ensuring that all Google Workspace Settings comply with industry-standard best practices
Should have experience with OKTA, and implement the principles of least privilege with managing user access controls. Should assist with creating access privileges using Active Directory and OKTA.
Cloud Administrator participates in the vetting of new SaaS software and applications and ensures all new software adheres to Innovative Technology standards for software implementation and approval.
Preferred Qualification
The candidate must have three years past successful experience in cloud administration for at least two (2) large entities with preference given to prior experience with other governmental entities.
Demonstrates significant prior experience in cloud administration for housing authorities and/or other governmental agencies as per the Minimum Requirements.
Ability to incorporate cyber security experience into all types of cloud administration. Ability to manage and support other types of system administration such as Windows Server support, MDM support and Document management Support.
AI experience with cloud applications, specifically CHATGPT, Google Gemini and Laserfiche.
