Systems Administrator – Right to Hire

Location: WEST LEBANON, NH 03784 - 100% onsite (Need based travel between 12 local sites would be required)

Contract Type: 12 months contract with Right to hire

Essential Functions

Maintain documentation of standard configuration for software applications
Upgrade installed software for bank servers.
Maintain and support the technical aspects of our help desk and call database.
Troubleshoot and repair server application operations.
Maintain network user accounts and sharing privileges.
Document and track asset information for application software.
Facilitate purchasing of approved network-related equipment and software.
Work with our multiple vendors, as needed.
Support Voice over IP communications network technical needs.
Assist with anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-malware and network security updates.
Administer the SharePoint/ Intranet website.
Assist with technical training of end-users on software applications.
Document and maintain functions and duties in Bank standard format.
Be on call after hours and on weekends, as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and end-users.
Speak, write clearly, and concisely to efficiently and effectively manage tasks.
