We are looking for a Network Security Analyst. The role of the Network Security Analyst is pivotal within the Enterprise Infrastructure division, focusing on safeguarding our network systems. The analyst is the front line against cyber threats, adept at understanding and mitigating risks posed by cyberattacks, malware, and cybercriminal activities. By proactively monitoring network behavior, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and security of our digital infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities
- Take charge of setting up and configuring essential security measures, including but not limited to firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), VPNs, load balancers, and more, ensuring these elements function seamlessly.
- Offer Level 2 technical support by responding swiftly to queries from the Customer Support Center, internal staff, on-site personnel, and external vendors, particularly regarding infrastructure security issues.
- Engage in comprehensive security audits, penetration testing, and undertake corrective measures to fortify security postures.
- Conduct regular checks on network security apparatus to ensure optimal performance, quickly address any issues, and generate relevant performance reports.
- Manage minor security enhancement projects and serve as the Information Systems (IS) Project Support, facilitating communication between project managers and the network security team.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Must possess a certification in network security for Cisco, Aruba Networks, Palo Alto, or equivalent.
- A minimum of three to five years' experience specializing in enterprise network security, with a preference for candidates familiar with Cisco, Aruba Networks, or Palo Alto systems.
- A technical certification is mandatory, with Palo Alto PCNSA, CISSP, or a comparable certification being preferred.
