Seeking a temporary PeopleFluent Security Analyst to help us review, document, and optimize our current PeopleFluent security configuration. This is a critical role in ensuring our talent management system is secure and access is granted according to the principle of least privilege.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the system administrator and COE manager to understand the current PeopleFluent security configuration for Talent Management, Succession, Compensation, and other modules.
- Work with various business units to gather their input on access needs for different user roles within PeopleFluent.
- Document the current security configuration, including user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Identify any potential security gaps or areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement security best practices to optimize the PeopleFluent security configuration.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the project.
