Vice President

The Vice President will oversee agency output to ensure quality control and client ROI, be a part of the firm’s executive leadership team and supervise, train and grow team members. This ideal candidate thrives leading a team, managing high visibility and complex client initiatives, is an expert strategist and tactician, and has excellent communications skills and executive presence.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development and implementation of large-scale and highly strategic client programs.
- Provide counsel to all account groups on judgmental situations with clients and media.
- Daily review of trending coverage; monitoring progress of initiatives.
- Supervise account leads and oversee account activities; Develop and maintain appropriate budgets to fit scopes of work.
- Serve as a mentor and support professional development of staff.
- Be an active contributor to firm initiatives and help drive innovation in client services across practice areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related field
- Minimum 10 years work experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, media or similar field
- Strong verbal communications skills and executive presence
- Strategic thinker and strong project manager
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management skills
Salary range: $125,000-$150,000K based on experience
