To support the vision for change, the IT Administrator will provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the company’s Office 365 tenants and related technologies. The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Office 365 suite of tools used by the organization. This individual will work closely with all departments and collaborate on establishing and managing user accounts, permissions, and access to data housed within the cloud-based Office 365 platform.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

· Configure and manage Office 365 applications and services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
· Work with the execution of Microsoft Business Central 24 Cloud Upgrade projects.
· Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business
· Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration and operation of Office 365
· Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 issues and performance
· Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies
· Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
· Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint Administration.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to Office 365 cloud services
· Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services
· Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution
· Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support
· Administer and support Office 365 policies
· Participate in gathering and the analysis of business requirements for software capabilities
· Provide training and support for additional SAS software the company deploys.
· Manage and deploy Apple Business set up and hardware for traveling teams.
· Maintain inventory of software licenses
· Provide technical support and training to end users

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent work experience preferred
- Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
- Office 365 administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Microsoft certifications a plus, must be willing to obtain.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
