We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a stellar background in app development, augmented reality (AR), AI, and data management. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-profile projects such as Niantic, Snap, Apple/Vision Pro, Meta/Ray Ban, etc.
This role demands a strategic leader who can drive our technology vision, oversee the development team, and ensure the scalability and security of our platform. Additionally, experience in AI and data management will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the development and deployment of our AR-based applications, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
- Enhance real-world networking opportunities through innovative AR solutions.
- Bring creativity, technical expertise, experience, vision, and a desire to experiment to the role.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.
- Ensure robust security and scalability of the platform to support international growth.
- Utilize AI and data management techniques to enhance the functionality and user experience of our AR applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in tech companies.
- Strong background in app development with a focus on AR/VR technologies.
- Experience working on high-profile AR projects (e.g., Apple/Vision Pro, Meta/Rayban, Snap, Niantic).
- In-depth knowledge of AR frameworks, computer vision, and machine learning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with AI and data management is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of scaling tech products internationally.
