For over 15 years, we have been delivering top-tier services to our small and mid-market clients throughout the Tri-State Area. Our rapid growth has led us to seek a Sales Development Representative who is interested in building their own sales team.
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for growing and closing business opportunities and acquiring clients through effective solution selling. This position places a strong emphasis on sales strategy, business account development, client interaction, and communication skills. A successful candidate will be able to sell IT services and solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities
· Identify new opportunities
· Develop solid business relationships with the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each target account
· Collaborate on sales strategies, discuss account trends, advise changes within accounts, complete proposals and presentations.
· Conduct effective sales presentations of products and solutions offered by Ozkar Services.
· Account Management and Strategy
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, Ozkar Services sales processes, markets, trends, competitors, and clients to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
· Weekly company meetings

· Remote and occasional onsite
Requirements
· B2B sales and account management experience
· Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-through skills
· Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Visit customers within the Tri-State area
Salary:
Based on experience, plus commission and bonus opportunities
