We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter & Business Development Specialist, specializing in challenging IAM roles, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). This role also involves supporting the business and sales aspects of the company.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a deep understanding of the IAM landscape to take ownership of the entire recruiting process. This individual will be responsible for filling complex IAM roles that require candidates with multi-platform experience, product expertise, and solution advisory skills. Additionally, the candidate will support business and sales development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both recruiting and business development/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Partner with hiring managers to understand position goals, requirements, and key qualifications.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights relevant to IAM positions.
Develop comprehensive job descriptions that attract top talent.
Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Maintain and update a resource database with potential candidates and industry contacts.
Candidate Management:
Use Zoho CRM and other recruiting tools to track candidate progress and maintain a unified system.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with candidates.
Facilitate contract execution and onboarding processes.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout and after the recruitment process.
Creative Recruiting Strategies:
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract candidates for hard-to-fill IAM positions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IAM recruiting.
Serve as a thought leader in the IAM recruiting space, sharing insights and knowledge on social media and professional networks.
Business Development and Sales Support:
Collaborate with the business development team to collect and qualify leads, updating Zoho CRM accordingly.
Reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments to discuss IAM services, tailoring approaches to meet client needs.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, following up regularly to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our IAM solutions.
Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
Track sales metrics and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Contribute to the development of marketing content, including blogs, case studies, and social media posts, to support business development efforts.
Engage in thought leadership activities on social platforms to enhance company visibility and attract new business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for IAM roles, including IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
Strong understanding of IAM platforms and products.
Proven ability to fill complex IAM roles, such as Architects, SMEs, and Advisors.
Proficiency in using recruiting tools and CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a passion for recruiting and business growth.
Proven track record of sales.
Familiarity with the process and sales cycle of IAM projects.
Salary:
Base salary of $60k to $80k based on experience.
Commission program for the business development/sales side.
