Job Purpose -

To lead and manage the successful delivery of diverse fixture and casework millwork projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. This role involves driving continuous improvement in project management practices, providing leadership to a team of project managers, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN.

Roles And Responsibilities -

Drive successful delivery of projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
Innovate and refine project management methodologies, processes, and tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of six project managers, providing guidance and support to inspire high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Conduct engaging project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and procedures.
Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for process enhancements.

Must-Have Qualifications -

5+ years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
Proven ability to confidently address complex challenges.
Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with project management software.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong financial acumen with experience in creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
Willingness to relocate to Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN. Local applicants will not be considered.
