Requirements
- Extensive sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Proven ability to consistently surpass sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives
- Charismatic and dynamic personality, capable of captivating and engaging prospective customers
- Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and the MS Office suite to effectively manage customer data and sales processes
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Possession of relevant sales certifications or professional qualifications is a definite advantage
- Experience in leading a team
