Job Summary
The IAM Program Lead is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) assessment program. This role ensures the program aligns with business objectives, defines the assessment methodology, and oversees the program's progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the IAM assessment methodology, standards, and guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to the Program Manager and assessment pods
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and secure necessary resources
- Monitor the progress of the assessment program and make course corrections as needed
- Ensure the quality and consistency of assessment deliverables
Required Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, with a deep understanding of IAM best practices, standards, and frameworks including IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO etc.
- Technical experience in SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark and BeyondTrust for Privileged Access Management
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage largescale, complex programs
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
