Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead and drive our sales initiatives in the Sacramento area. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of sales experience, including significant leadership roles within the restoration industry or adjacent sectors. This high-level position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, fostering key client relationships, and driving substantial revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement overarching sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals and vision
- Oversee the creation and execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and company capabilities
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through the identification and capture of new business opportunities
- Establish aggressive yet achievable sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Represent the company at high-level meetings and industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Leverage industry networks to identify potential opportunities and drive business development
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Requirements
Experience:
- 15+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in restoration or adjacent industries such as assisted living, pest control, HVAC, and property maintenance
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Strong client relationship management skills and experience dealing with senior executives

Education:
