With ownership set to close within weeks, we are searching for a candidate ready to work hard and dig in at every level as our current Director is retiring, creating a unique opportunity for a new visionary leader to step in and make a significant impact in our rapidly growing environment. The mission of this candidate is to lead the Technology and Innovation Department, driving automation, AI, and service delivery initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through our Operations, Sales, Service, & Customer Service/Call Centers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO with a passion for technology, innovation, and automation from a Financial Services, Banking, Hospitals, Insurance, or Service Centers environment and who is ready to lead a dynamic leadership team with the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a techniques to aligned with business objectives
- Platform Development: Oversee the development of platform integrating software solutions
- Implementation of AI and Automation: Incorporate Generative AI across all operations
- Vendor Management: Identify and manage to ensure on time/on budget
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of Technology and Innovation
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in System information Management or equivalent
- Location: Position is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area (potential Hybrid or Commute )
