Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the pod members.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM best practices, standards, and controls.
- Review and validate assessment findings and recommendations provided by Application Security Engineers.
- Engage with application owners to clarify technical details and provide guidance on remediation options.
- Collaborate with other Pod Leads to ensure consistency in approach and share best practices.
Required Skills And Experience
- 7+ years of experience in IAM, with a deep understanding of IAM best practices, standards, and frameworks.
- Technical experience in SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark, and BeyondTrust for Privileged Access Management.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to assess the effectiveness of IAM controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
