Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the IAM assessment methodology, standards, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to the Program Manager and assessment pods.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and secure necessary resources.
- Monitor the progress of the assessment program and make course corrections as needed.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of assessment deliverables.
Required Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, with a deep understanding of IAM best practices, standards, and frameworks including IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, etc.
- Technical experience in SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark, and BeyondTrust for Privileged Access Management.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
