Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IAM assessment program.
- Coordinate the work of the assessment pods and ensure consistency in approach and deliverables.
- Monitor the progress of the pods against the defined timeline and milestones.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, escalating to the IAM Program Lead as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate communication between the pods and the central team.
Required Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity domain.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL are highly desirable.
