Job Description: Information Security Platform Administrator
Location: Annapolis, Maryland/Onsite
Period of Performance: 1 base year 4 option years (5 years)

Rate:$60/hr C2C own firm or $52/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and manage information security platforms.
- Support the Information Security Officer in achieving strategic goals.
- Collaborate with various business units within JIS, including Case Management Systems, Systems Development and Integration, Enterprise Project Management, Technology Management, Information Security, Budget and Contracts, Customer Services, and Program Management.
- Follow directions from Governance Risk and Compliance and Security Administration team leaders and support personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Associate degree in an IT-related field.
- Preferred: Proficiency in configuring, deploying, and managing at least two or more information security platforms.
- Ten (10) years of relevant IT work experience with at least five (5) years in information security and SaaS management and administration.
- Two (2) years of hands-on experience with design, implementation, application customization, and support of SaaS platforms.
- Proficient with information security platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer, with the ability to learn other platforms as required.
Specific Proficiency
- SailPoint: Expertise in user attestations, role-based access, and custom user requirements.
- CyberArk: Skilled in privileged cloud, remote access, and user account management.
- Microsoft Purview: Proficient in data loss protection, information protection, labeling, and encryption.
- Archer: Experienced in risk assessments, risk mapping to NIST and security policies, risk acceptance, risk register, risk tracker, risk task automation, business continuity, and security incident reporting.
Additional Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Ability to present technical information for knowledge transfer and training purposes.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, vendor development staff, and all levels of management and judicial personnel.
- Ability to troubleshoot application-specific problems and open support tickets as needed to address system functionality issues
