We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consulting Engineer to be the quarterback of our customer engagement process.

Job Summary
You will be responsible for understanding our customers' technical challenges and recommending tailored solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, conducting proof-of-concept projects to achieve desired solutions and evaluating technologies. You will work closely with account managers to ensure we meet our clients' needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Digest, understand, and explain complex technologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather customer requirements and transfer these requirements to a statement of work for customer projects.
- Perform demonstrations of software platforms from OEM technology companies we're partnered with
- Conduct proof-of-concept projects to help customers evaluate the suitability of our portfolio of technology solutions.
- Test integrations between our products and customer systems.
- Assist account managers in understanding the technical aspects of customer challenges.
- Design and present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including both traditional infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in traditional/internal IT.
- Previous experience with Cisco, Nutanix, virtualization technologies, Microsoft on-premises & cloud offerings, storage & compute solutions, and cyber security solutions highly preferred.
- Conversant in both traditional infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
