Possible CTH role
The position manages and oversees activities required for compliance with state and federal rules and regulations affecting company business. Under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), the Compliance and Privacy Program Manager will work collaboratively with staff to manage the Compliance Program in accordance with the OIG's Compliance Program Guidance through effective communication, policy development, and coordination of actionable processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Program Manager with 5 years of experience in compliance, privacy, audit, health information management, legal support or senior/executive administrative support, privacy, audit and/or investigative capacity in a healthcare setting required.
Certification in Health Care Privacy Compliance and Health Care Compliance
preferred (HCCA or IAPP).
