Job Overview:
Gottstein Corporation Industrial Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Project Management to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of all projects within the corporation. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to support the company's goals and objectives
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans to address potential issues before they impact project success
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, progress, and any issues that require attention
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the mechanical construction or industrial manufacturing industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in industrial solutions or a related industry is highly desirable
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
