Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Operations & support work including customer and internally reported issues; ongoing monitoring & observability work, and support of dealer and customer-facing business tools
Typical task breakdown:
- Working escalated tickets from level 1 teams, including via customers - Proactive monitoring of dashboards for high latency or similar issues
Interaction with team:
- Total on team is 12 folks. Could work with some outside the US, but primarily working with US based team members.
Work environment:
- Can be 100% remote, but if near a CAT hub, they could go in as well.Team is focused on hiring at Hub locations ( ALL hubs)
Education & Experience Required:
- College Degree or Masters degree with 5+ years experience
- Associates degree 7+ years experience
Technical Skills (Required)
- AWS tools including Cloudwatch and Lambda service; ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce, monitoring tools such as Kibana or Grafana
(Desired)
- Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, SQL, JSON, Python, Apigee, Postman,and Snowflake
- DynamoDB / NoSQL, RDS, IAM
