The
Role
The Technology Risk team for Green Meadows and Green Pier within Enterprise Technology Risk & Analytics (ETRA) is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced professional to join the team! In a leading role within the Greens Technology Risk Management team, you will focus on the oversight of key risks, threats, controls, and other critical technology risk management functions supporting the Fidelity Digital Brokerage Platforms, as well as supporting the launch of innovative new products and offerings. You will be responsible for working with technology teams, business leaders, Compliance and Legal to support continued product growth of Green Meadows and Green Pier.
The
Expertise You Have
- 6-8 years of experience in information technology risk, cyber security, technology governance and controls, and/or audit roles.
- Exposure to working with internal and external audits and audit teams.
- Familiarity with Fidelity’s Brokerage businesses is highly desired.
- Experience managing technology risks, controls, and issue management.
- Interest/understanding of Cloud technology, architecture, and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of Industry standards, frameworks, and standard methodologies, such as NIST SP800-53, COBIT, SOC1, ISO27001.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study preferred.

- Provide advice, guidance, and consultation on technology initiatives.
- Lead technology risk assessments and issue mitigation/tracking for all aspects of the Greens.
- Help the growing business build control programs that appropriately mitigate risk and meet corporate standards.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to promote a collaborative environment that helps the business meet its goals while ensuring it stays within its risk tolerance.
- Leveraging your experience in the financial services and/or the risk/compliance industry with an emphasis on building control programs.
- Provide management with updates on the status of Fidelity Green Meadows and Green Pier Risk Programs, issues, incidents, and exceptions.
