LaSalle Network is currently partnered with a Fortune 500 Company and Leading Title Insurer in Indiana that needs an IT System Administrator to join their team. This individual will be supporting our client's Northern and Northwest Indiana region (which consists of roughly 25-30 office locations) and would be performing both operational and project-based work while on the job. The bulk of the work this person would be performing pertains to Windows/Microsoft 365 and the associated suite of products/tools, and the work schedule for this individual will require the ability to work effectively remotely, on-site and/or performing field work. This role is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. We cannot support C2C employment for this search.
System Administrator Responsibilities:
- The Systems Administrator/Engineer will be supporting infrastructure related initiatives in a project-based capacity to refine and enhance their IT environment
- This individual will be working with a variety of technology tools and providers depending on the current project at hand. Most of the technology involved is modern and "cutting edge" but there are some instances of legacy tools throughout the environment that need to be upgraded
- The nature of the Systems Administrator's duties requires a level of independence and self-management
System Administrator Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive IT Experience supporting Windows-based tools and technologies at the administrative capacity (i.e., Active Directory, Office/Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Experience working with/supporting Cloud and Virtualization Technologies (i.e., Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, ideally working with Azure AD and Azure InTune)
- Networking Experience (OSI Model; Routing Protocols fundamentals)
- Possess project management/team leadership attributes/skills
- Customer Service-centric personality and humility
