The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network resources and perform preventative maintenance
- Backup network configurations and test our restore process
- IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
- Document all network standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Administers, monitors, configures and provides support and technical expertise in networking technologies: LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, SIP, and router management protocols.
- Administers, monitors, and maintains firewalls, VPN (Virtual Private Networking) access and IPSs.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of the Network Access Control system, Data Loss Prevention solution and Multi-factor authentication solution.
- Design, develop, and implement communication services. Troubleshoots communication services for all voice and data needs.
