Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Cisco SD WAN, Switching, and Routing Cisco technologies.
- This role involves overseeing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Computer Science or Networking, telecommunications, Information systems.
- Minimum 5+ year's experience in Network Engineering & Datacenter Networking.
- 5+ years Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst series switches and ISR/ASR Routers.
- 5+ years Hands-on experience of Installing & Configuring Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Fortinet and Sophos Firewalls.
- 3+ year's Experience with log and monitoring aggregation tools such as Armis, Splunk, SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark.
- Must Have Strong Experience and Understanding of Cisco AnyConnect VPN (ASA/Firepower), Site to Site VPN, Palo Alto Networks (FW/VPN).
- Strong understanding of Secure access solutions such as NAC/AAA and experience with Cisco ISE.
- Strong knowledge and Hands-on experience with Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) as well as HA, QoS.
- Strong Understanding Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco WiFi troubleshooting, Cisco VOIP and Multicast troubleshooting.
- Willingness to commute to various Remote sites to Rack and stack, install Network Equipment for IT M&A Projects, Integration, AppTracking, SecureShield and various IT initiatives.
- Cisco CCNP and PCNSE Certification.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of Cisco SD WAN solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support for Switching and Routing Cisco technologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Cisco SD WAN, Switching, and Routing Cisco technologies.
