The IT Relationship Manager (IT RM) acts as a liaison between OTDI, academic, research, and business units, ensuring alignment of IT services with partner objectives. The IT RM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring that IT delivers value to the organization. This role involves strategic planning, interpersonal skills, customer experience, communication, and coordination to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. The successful Relationship Manager will provide leadership through demonstrated decisiveness, authenticity, diplomacy, adaptability, and respect.
Required Education & Experience
- 4 years of experience in IT service management, business relationship management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Desired Education & Experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
- Demonstrated understanding of IT concepts, systems and IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Project management experience or certification (PMP)
- Business acumen to understand business processes and how IT supports them.

Additional Information
The targeted hiring range for this position is $87,400 - $114,900
