Independent Financial Group, LLC (IFG) an independent broker-dealer in San Diego, California is currently seeking a Software Support & Training Specialist. The primary role is to provide software support and training to IFG’s Financial Advisors and their staff for the products and services provided by IFG. This is a customer service position with limited technical knowledge requirements. Any technical necessities will be included in training upon hire. This position also interacts with various departments including Operations, Compliance, and Supervision.

- Regular research of cybersecurity related threats to assist in the identification of organizational cyber risk
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of IT and information systems security experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in a related discipline
- IT ticketing system experience
- Microsoft Defender and Sentinel Experience
- Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Sec+, CEH, AZ-500
