Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented VP/ Sr Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead our organization's project management, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and managing successful PMOs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects across various departments.
Essential Job Functions:
-Develop and implement PMO governance structures, processes, and methodologies.
-Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and tools.
-Define project success criteria and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing PMO team.
-Oversee the project portfolio, prioritizing and allocating resources effectively.
-Define and implement quality management systems and processes.
-Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
-Conduct regular quality audits and reviews.
-Identify and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
-Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
-Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
-Lead process improvement projects and initiatives.
-Implement process automation and technology solutions.
- Corporate Project Management:
-Oversee the execution of strategic corporate projects across various functions.
-Define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
-Manage project risks and dependencies.
-Ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Reporting and Communication:
-Develop and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
-Communicate effectively with project teams, sponsors, and senior management.
-Facilitate project-related meetings and workshops.

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing successful PMOs.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Certifications: PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
