Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as an in-house expert on HubSpot’s capabilities and best practices and relate those to specific client business challenges, with recommendations to support their needs
- Contribute to initiatives related to HubSpot including understanding technology requirements and conducting discovery, training, consultation, and strategy-focused conversations
- Assist clients with their technical HubSpot setup, implementing pre-determined portal requirements using a suite of CRM tools: emails, workflows, sequences, pipelines, properties, etc
- Collaborate with internal team members to drive results for clients while working with other Agency Strategists to quantify SOWs, recommendations and other deliverables
- Identify risks and opportunities, and hold team members accountable to timelines, productivity, process, standards, and results to complete assigned deliverables
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or proven equivalent industry experience
- Professional client-facing experience
- HubSpot expert with at least 5 years experience (must know all six Hubs)
- Collaborative team mindset and willingness to learn and grow
- Agency experience is a plus
- History of working remotely is a plus
- Experience with coding is a plus
