The Website Manager will oversee the company's web properties, managing all aspects of web development in collaboration with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams. They will ensure content updates are relevant, consistent, and accurate, working closely with the Chief Information Technology Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain corporate websites and microsites using modern web technologies
- Design, code, and optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and user experience
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and design teams to enhance web content
- Troubleshoot website issues and manage the ticketing system
- Ensure accurate product information and media assets
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and SEO performance
- Develop custom themes, plugins, and integrate third-party APIs
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of website development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, PHP, ASP.Net
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and content management systems
- Knowledge of server, network, and hosting environments
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Expertise in cross-browser compatibility
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent training
