Network Engineer Level 4

Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Oversee and maintain our complex network infrastructure, including routing, switching, WANs, wireless, IPAM, DNS, and DHCP.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot Infoblox appliances and F5 load balancers.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Network Automation: Implement and maintain network automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Technology Trends: Stay updated on the latest network technologies and trends.
- Documentation: Document network configurations and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential network issues with innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Communication: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Travel: Domestic and international travel up to 15% may be required.
What We Expect from You:
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, or
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, WAN and SD-WAN, Wireless, Infoblox, and F5s.
- Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in network operations is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CCNA or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
