Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Requesting, tracking and reporting on the status of funds needed/received; 2) Providing objectively based information for making decisions on administrative, financial, and management aspects of PW utility operations;3) Providing support to Leadership in the overall day-to-day execution of UT program; 4) Preparing, reviewing, analyzing, editing and consolidating budget and financial submissions; 5) Managing, monitoring, evaluating funding for utilities; 6)Using financial management tools and reporting tools; 7) Applying knowledge of rules and processes related to the funding of assigned programs; And8) Applying Knowledge of DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements to ensure compliance and proper execution of funding.
