As an
information security manager- identity access on the identity access management team, you'll lead a team of analysts responsible for reducing risk to our company's information systems. In this role, you'll make strategy recommendations including implementing best practices in IT related to security awareness, policy standards, and guidelines and consulting with senior management and legal. In addition, you'll be an advisor to senior management about risks to the business from the perspective of information security, privacy, and compliance. Furthermore, you'll assess the impact on our business caused by theft, destruction, alteration, or denial of access to information alongside the senior manager of Information Security.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eleven years related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Information Technology or related field and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience.
- Master's degree or higher and a minimum of six years relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience coaching, mentoring and upskilling analysts
- Understanding of government regulations and industry requirements
- Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Experience collaborating effectively with others including senior leadership
- Effective organizational skills to ensure deadlines and goals are met
Compensation
- $125,280-$146,160/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
