We are seeking a skilled professional to lead expansion initiatives within our organization. ## Key Responsibilities
### Strategic Planning and Execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide expansion efforts.
- Set alignment objectives for new facility openings with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new locations for services.
### Development and Setup of New Facilities
- Lead site selection processes, including negotiations and evaluations.
- Oversee the buildout process, ensuring completion is timely and within budget.
- Collaborate on facility design, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
### Accreditation and Compliance Management
- Manage the accreditation processes, liaising with regulatory bodies.
- Ensure facilities meet regulations and maintain high standards for quality and safety.
### Market Development
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within the community and healthcare sectors.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase visibility and awareness in target markets.
- Monitor performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize success.
### Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth integration of new facilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in development and launch efforts.
### Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on business development activities, project progress, and performance indicators.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the ABA field or 5+ years in healthcare or education.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation processes in healthcare or education.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
