# Role Overview
In this role, you will lead and influence HR initiatives across North America. You will play a crucial part in shaping business strategy, enhancing employee experience, and driving cultural transformation for approximately 360 employees in locations including Montreal, Chicago, Miami, and Panama. You will partner closely with regional leadership to ensure the business meets evolving customer and client needs.
# Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR & Communication initiatives aligned with business objectives and local market requirements.
- Partner with leadership to identify key people topics and implement compliant organizational structures.
- Provide leadership coaching to ensure effective management practices that reflect the company culture.
- Act as a brand ambassador to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage social and employee relations, ensuring effective HR policies for managers and employees.
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance and meet KPIs and targets.
- Model the company's culture, values, and leadership behaviors while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
