Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the automation of operational practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor talent, focusing on professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Stay informed on marine industry regulations and their potential impacts on operations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to achieve customer and operational success.
- Represent the organization in customer engagements and industry trade organizations.
- Manage operations during crisis situations, legal matters, and claims as necessary.
Education And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven leadership experience in operational roles, including personnel management and compliance.
- Successful track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and achieving key performance metrics.
- Experience managing operations in a similarly sized organization regarding employees, production, and revenue.
