Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring productivity and managing finances throughout.
- Create and manage project plans, including schedules, resources, and daily tasks.
- Prepare small proposals to support local sales, using knowledge of material and labor costs.
- Communicate daily with project managers and subcontractors to update and report on project progress.
- Maintain and update project information in an online collaborative system.
- Track and manage project expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
- Coordinate field activities and anticipate future workload needs.
- Lead and manage teams across different functions, ensuring tasks and schedules are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project communication with team members and sponsors.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing high-profile projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of project costs, revenue, and financial factors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also considered.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Capable of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.
