As an
IT group manager for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you'll lead teams of IT managers and staff to deliver complex solutions and business initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate and consult with cross-platform business leaders and IT senior leaders to recommend the implementation of strategies to maximize portfolio value. You'll also assign project management resources based on organizational priorities, skill sets, engagement, and development.
Must-have Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading complex projects and/or programs with demonstrated on-time, within budget, quality delivery
- Leadership experience managing direct reports, preferably IT senior manager experience
- Strategic, enterprise-level thinking to understand constraints and tradeoffs to manage project portfolios
- Proven strength in talent development, developing leaders, succession planning, and fostering an engaged, high-performing, high-trust, and inclusive organization
- Experience establishing strong partnerships that ensure alignment across business and IT organizations
Compensation
- $122,400 - $174,800/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
- Participation in our restricted stock unit plan
