As the
IT group manager on the Enterprise Resource and Project Management Organization (ERPMO), you'll oversee Progressive's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization's IT projects, programs, and portfolio services. In this role, you'll provide direct management of project and program managers, partner with CRM customers, and engage with many other teams across the business.
This position is open to remote work with occasional travel to an office for a meeting or training.
Must-have Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
Preferred Skills
- Direct project management experience standing-up and leading IT programs (multimillion-dollar technology solutions)
- Demonstrated success leading, developing, succession planning, and fostering engagement of a high-performing organization
- Experience establishing strong partnerships that ensure alignment across business and IT organizations
- Ability to think strategically to understand constraints and tradeoffs to influence portfolio-level decisions
- Demonstrated working knowledge of vender management, project/program capital management, Lean practices, and multiple project delivery methodologies
Compensation
- $122,400 - $174,800/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
- Participation in our restricted stock unit plan
