As an
IT group manager for the Enterprise Resource Project Management (EPMO) organization, you'll lead a team of over 30 project managers and portfolio analysts, including 15 IT managers. You'll partner with teams across the organization to prioritize and deliver solutions to advance our technology strategy to mitigate risks associated with security, business resiliency, and core technologies.
This position is open to remote work with occasional travel to an office for a meeting or training.
Must-have Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
Preferred Skills
- IT group manager experience or senior management experience leading a Project Management Organization (PMO)
- Demonstrated success leading large and diverse teams, managing IT managers, and sponsoring the delivery of multimillion-dollar technology solutions using Agile methodologies to enable business strategies within a Project Management Organization (PMO)
- Familiarity with data science tools
- Experience defining IT data strategies
- Experience establishing strong partnerships that ensure alignment across business IT organizations and understanding project delivery methodologies, staffing models, and vendor management practices
Compensation
- $122,400 - $174,800
- Gainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
- Participation in our restricted stock unit plan
