Chief Executive Officer
Metro Global Ventures seeks an innovative and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to head its market-leading legal technology and consulting firm.
The CEO will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations, focusing in particular on enhancing sales growth and cultivating new sources of revenue. The position entails working closely with company executives, the Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that expand market share, optimize business performance, and ensure sustainable success.
The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of, and experience in, the legal industry—including familiarity with legal processes, legal software, legal consulting services, and market challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Establish and achieve ambitious sales targets, performance metrics, and financial goals. Monitor marketplace developments and challenges, proactively seizing opportunities to develop new revenue streams.
- Leadership and Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team with a strong focus on sales excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high achievement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market segments and geographic regions to enhance the company’s market presence. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to support business growth and diversification.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and objectives. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s customer base.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events. Leverage these opportunities to network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, and gather valuable market insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Drive innovation in sales approaches and business models to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to changing market dynamics.
