As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President will utilize architecture leadership skills, oversee project delivery, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Wichita office, including managing staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring high performance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and enhance client relationships.
- Oversee project management processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Drive innovation in design and project delivery, staying current with industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align office goals with the firm’s overall strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Architect with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful project management and business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
