Location: Hybrid
Compensation: $140-165k plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless data integrity across our diverse systems, guaranteeing the accuracy of all transactions.
- Dive into our workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and spearhead the design and implementation of new processes.
- Offer expert-level support, administration, and mentorship to our HR team, ensuring they are equipped to excel.
- Assume the mantle of subject matter expert, serving as the primary point of contact for all HRIS matters.
- Lead comprehensive training sessions for new users, including specialized report-writing training.
- Analyze findings and distill them into actionable insights, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years in a similar HR function, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS applications such as PeopleSoft, ADP Vantage Payroll, UltiPro, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
