As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's computer networks. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that the network infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and adheres to security standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting network issues, optimizing network performance, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
Configuring and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting network problems and outages, including diagnosing hardware and software issues.
Implementing network security measures to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.
Collaborating with other IT professionals to integrate network systems with other components of the IT infrastructure.
Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in networking.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience
Cisco experience/knowledge
Basic networking experience (routers, switches)
Eager to learn
TCIP
Will handle Level 1 network calls to resolution and forward any advanced troubleshooting calls to the next levels.

Previous experience working as a Network Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
Experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus but not required.
