Position Overview
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Identity & Access Management Administrator in a fully remote role, with a requirement to reside in Colorado. The position is available for immediate start and is structured as a long-term contract.
Location and Compensation:
- 100% Remote (Must reside in Colorado)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration: Long-term Contract
- Compensation: $30-35 per hour (W2)
Note: Compensation is an estimate based on candidate experience and skillsets. Factors such as years of experience and specific expertise will influence final compensation, with most candidates starting at the lower end of the range. This role is also eligible for health insurance and retirement plans, and paid sick leave eligibility will be determined in accordance with applicable state or local laws.
About The Role
The position is part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team and focuses on securing the organization's critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access. Responsibilities include managing identities and access rights for individuals both inside and outside the organization, which is essential for maintaining Audit & Regulatory Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage identity and access across state systems to ensure appropriate access for individuals.
- Support state applications by managing access, performing research to prevent duplicate accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management and access controls.
- Collaborate with the development team to address account-related issues, such as incorrect data and account transfers.
- Engage in backend management of the IAM Identity Manager system for daily administrative tasks.
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience with Windows 10.
- 4-6 years (preferred) of experience with Active Directory.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management, including operations, processes, and controls for Active Directory and related platforms.
- Preferred experience with One Identity products.
- Previous experience working with backend Identity Management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with process engineering expertise.
- Effective communication abilities across various technical levels.
- Background in Information Technology, Information Security, and Identity & Access Management.
