Zenius Corporation is seeking a Program Manager with proven HUD/Ginnie Mae experience to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HUD / Ginnie Mae program management experience
- Management, leadership and administrative experience managing a task order
- Experience within asset backed, mortgage-backed securitization environment in either private or public sector
- Information technology management experience working on complex integrated IT software development programs and solutions that involve multiple vendors
- 5+ years of knowledge in Enterprise Transformation efforts, through directing, managing, implementing, and executing business and technology related solutions and project teams with the ability to execute strategy and deliverables
- 5+ years of expertise in managing a team in delivering on all phases of the SDLC, including needs, requirements, business process and advisory services, as well as software development, execution, and deployment
- 5+ years of experience in managing teams in Agile SDLC, DevSecOps, information security and complying with government regulations
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
